Looking for someone to take over my Cancun Hotel booking (Dec 25-28). (Cancun hotel zone)

I’m based here in Vancouver. Long story short: My girlfriend broke up with me before our Christmas trip to Cancun, so I am not going anymore.
I have a non-refundable booking at Park Royal Beach Cancun (All-Inclusive).
Dates: Dec 25 - Dec 28 (3 Nights)
Room: Deluxe Double Room (All meals & drinks included)
The Situation:
The hotel refused a full refund, BUT the agency (Vio.com) confirmed they can add a secondary guest name to the reservation. This means you can officially be listed on the booking confirmation and check in, even though the primary name remains mine.
Price:
I paid $1,242.85 (CAD) for the hotel (and remaining $67.25 due at property), but I just don't want the room to sit empty while the hotel keeps my money. Make me an offer. If you already have flights booked but no hotel, or want a last-minute upgrade, this is for you.
Process:
I will submit your name to the agency.
Once I get the official confirmation email with YOUR name added, you can pay me.
